         Job Description:
              MACHS is seeking a Confidential Administrative Secretary. The Confidential Administrative Secretary provides secretarial services to the Chief Executive Officer , the Office of Human Resources and other administrative offices on an as needed basis . Duties include: ; prepares confidential correspondence and administrative statistical reports; schedules appointments; screens and routes mai ; responds to phone calls; organizes and maintains appropriate office records, files, and documents ; organizes and maintains confidential employee records; completes the processing/updating of information related to hiring and termination; enters/updates employee benefit data; serves as a liaison between administrative offices and the CEO; completes data entry.

  • Teacher of Vocational Instruction
         Job Description:
             A Teacher of Vocational Instruction is needed to teach maritime occupational skills to students in grades 9-12. The teacher will implement the curriculum of vocational instruction; document student achievement; maintain records of attendance and performance; communicate with school staff and parents and perform all of the related duties required of a teacher at the Maritime Academy Charter School

              PA Vocational Instruction Certificate or be eligible for a Vocational Intern Certificate
